The Koganemaki Inspector Mokushi (a governmental post in charge of maintaining pastures) Yoshida family were involved with the management of maki (pastures) over four generations. The main building is a wooden single-story house with a thatched roof which was built in Kaei 6 (1852). The study is a wooden single-story building with a pantile roof built in the same year.

A collection of documents, including ancient documents and documents regarding deer hunting handed down within the Yoshida family who served as Koganemaki Mokushi (a governmental post in charge of maintaining pastures). Koganemaki's deer hunting was conducted four times. On what was the second deer hunting of Kyōhō 11 (1726) in which this figure was drawn, more than 30,000 Sekonōmin were mobilized, led by Tokugawa Yoshimune. As such, many boar and deer were hunted. After its designation as a Japan Heritage, its exhibition at the Former Yoshida Family Residence is being considered.

Due to the infertile land of Koganemaki, there was no way to earn money so the wooden nail was invented by Kitajima Zenjūrō. The monument and the inscriptions related to its development were erected side by side on the grounds of Inari Shrine in Toyoshiki.

A sonsha (village shrine) where Ichioka Shinichirō, the representative of Mitsui Gumi, who cultivated the land of Toyofuta was moved from the Ise Grand Shrine. Contributions were made by individuals such as Iwakura Tomomi and Ōkuma Shigenobu but most of the construction costs came from Mitsui Gumi.

A collection of ncient documents handed down the Ichioka Shinichirō family, who were the representatives of Mitsui Gumi who cultivated the land of Toyofuta. After its designation as a Japan Heritage, its exhibition at the Kashiwa City Local Museum is being considered.
