A collection and display of approximately 9,000 local materials and cultural heritage which show the lives of people in the olden times of Kamogawa. There is a section with artworks collected by Mikio Mizuta, a former Minister of Finance who is a local. There are also special exhibitions of the poet Koizumi Chikashi and ranma engraver Nami no Ihachi. In addition, the Cultural Property Center displays artefacts excavated from archaeological sites in the city and is worth seeing.

It was opened on the place where the Imperical Ranch Office was located, in order to remember the Shimōsa Imperial Pasture which left its mark as a pioneer of livestock development in Japan on the grounds of Sanrizuka from the beginning of the Meiji Era.

A framed ema (votive picture of a horse) depicting the capture of a wild horse at Yanagisawamaki which was one of the Sakurananamaki. It captures the stirring scene of mokushi (a governmental post in charge of maintaining pastures) driving horses into tokkome (facilities which captured wild horses) and farmers watching from above the embankment in a single picture.

The observatory appears in koki (ancient records) as a place for “kaminarigari” (lightning hunting) in order to prevent lightning in summer and overlooks the site of Mineokamaki. The view is impressive, and not only can you see the mountains of Bōsō such as Mt. Kano and Mt. Nokogiri, you can also see Tokyo Bay, Mt. Fuji, Ōshima Island, and the Izu Peninsula.

A farming ritual passed down by the Izumi Village, which was deeply involved in the maintenance and management of maki (pastures), as a notsugimura (an affiliated village) of Mineokamaki. Bōjyutsu (art of using a stick as a weapon), kakko no mai (dance with a small drum) and kagura lion dance are performed and opened to the public at rites and festivals in early October. It is an intangible folk cultural property of the city.

A farming ritual passed down in Kippo-go, which was deeply involved in the maintenance and management of maki. It is dedicated to the deity together with the annual festival of Kippo Hachiman Shrine on the last Sunday of September. Three targets are fired three times, with a total of nine arrows being released from the horse, and from how arrows have hit the targets, the next year's harvest, bad harvest, and suitable species of crops are predicted. It is a prefectural intangible folk cultural property.

The Kippo-go received the divided tutelary deity as the village shrine in Tenchō 6 (829). The main shrine is built on a sacred lake and is decorated mainly with the works of Nami no Ihachi he produced in his Mid-30s to later half of his life. In the center is a dragon holding a jewel and on the left and right are figures of “Nami ni Sai”. It is usually not open to the public but can be seen at the Annual Festival held at the end of September.

It is said that Ryoben founded the temple during the Nara period. From the temple grounds, you can see the Nagasano Plain to the Pacific Ocean. The Fudōdō which was built in Kyōwa 2 (1802) is a designated tangible cultural property of the prefecture, together with the dragon of Nami no Ihachi and the zushi (miniature shrine) in which the principal image of Buddha is enshrined. The “Wooden Statue of Fudō Myoo” of the principal image of Buddha is a designated tangible cultural property of the prefecture. Many other designated cultural properties can also be seen.

The site where the Jinya (encampment), a place where the officials of the Edo Shogunate stayed and did paperwork, was located. Remains of wells and inari still remain. Along with the adjacent woodland path, it is a famous spot for cherry blossoms.

This a place with a history. Minamoto no Yoritomo who lost the battle of Ishibashiyama fled to Awa and won the battle against a powerful clan of this area at this very place. In the park, you can exercise together with children in facilities such as the gymnasium and tennis courts, and on open grass areas. You can also see the nomadote (an embankment made to manage wild horses) of Mineokamaki and kido.

In the past, fishermen observed schools of fish coming offshore and hence it was called "Uomizuka", with the goddess statue "Akatsuki" as a symbol. The panoramic view of the open sea and the cityscape of Kamogawa, the horizon at sunrise and sunset and the beauty of the night scenery are wonderful. It is also called "Oath Hill" where love is fulfilled.
